Terms and Conditions

These are our delivery, shipping and return terms, and you agree to them when you purchase from our website. It is worth taking a few moments to read through them because they explain how we will deal with your order. We keep them as brief as possible. We carefully hand select every plant that we supply to ensure best and healthiest quality from our growers.

All our plants remain in their plastic growers pot and are NOT potted directly into the decorative pots. We always recommend leaving plants in their plastic growers pot for ease of watering and to allow proper drainage.

Fiddle and Fig guarantees that if you don’t receive the ACTUAL plant in the picture advertised, then yours will be very similar.

Potting can be arranged upon request for a small fee depending on plant/pot size.

Special notes for gift deliveries:  please ensure you add your text to ‘Notes’ in the cart section on your online order for a beautiful free printed gift card. This will be added to your parcel.

Delivery/Shipping

All our plants and planters (due to fragile nature) are hand delivered by our driver to ensure plants arrive in top condition. Delivery will only be made to an address where someone is home to receive them, if no one is at home the plants will be left outside in the safest place possible at the responsibility of the buyer.

Deliveries are generally made twice a week and delivery day may vary, we usually deliver Wednesday and Saturday. Customers will be notified of the delivery date prior to dispatch.

Plant Delivery cost: Up to 10km- Free / 10-20km $15 / 20-30km $20 / 30-50km $35.

Homewares Delivery cost: $10 flat rate shipping in Australia.

Returns/Refunds

 PLANTS & POT AND PLANT COMBOS

  • Please choose carefully as we do not offer return, refund or exchange on pot and plant combos.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the plant/s selected are safe for children and pet friendly.
  • Fiddle and Fig will not be held liable in the unlikely event that a person or animal reacts to a plant if touched or ingested.

HOMEWARES & FURNITURE

  • We offer an online store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
  • You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an online store credit or exchange.
  • To be eligible for an online store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start an online store credit or exchange, you can contact us at fiddleandfig@hotmail.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for their own return postage costs when returning an item.

Processing of your return will take between 5-10 business days of Fiddle and Fig receiving the goods you have sent back.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Fiddle and Fig reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time by, posting a revised page on our website. The terms of our contract with you will be based upon those terms and conditions current at the time you placed your order.
